Alison Holm leads strategic design and implementation efforts across a variety of NREL’s stakeholder-driven technical assistance (TA) programs. Her core activities include innovative TA program design to support disadvantaged communities, and scoping and delivering iterative TA in multi-stakeholder contexts to facilitate robust energy decision-making. Her technical and research background is in energy and resilience planning. 

Professional Experience

Prior to NREL, she worked at the U.S. Energy Association and the Geothermal Energy Association in Washington, D.C.
