Alon Lidor joined NREL in 2023. His work is focused on solar-driven thermochemical conversion processes, thermal energy storage, fundamental topics in thermodynamics and other innovative energy conversion and storage technologies. His research includes theoretical, numerical, and experimental methods, and his expertise spans thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, fluid mechanics, and multiphase thermochemistry.
