As the Innovative Mechanisms Project Manager and Water Power Prize Portfolio Lead, Amanda Morton performs project management for Water Power prizes as well as technical projects such as the Powering the Blue Economy Research project.
Morton holds a Project Management Professionals certification from the Project Management Institute and a Bachelor's of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Morton's professional interests include K-12 and public STEM engagement, designing prizes that enable growth amongst competitors, finding synergies between projects, keeping deployments and demonstration projects on budget and on time, and unlocking creativity.
