Personal Profile
Amie Sluiter, PMP, is a senior project manager at NLR. She has managed projects from exploratory science with industrial partners to multimillion-dollar, cross-laboratory U.S. Department of Energy research projects. Sluiter brings practical experience from her decades as an R&D scientist in the bioenergy sector.
Sluiter is the lead project manager for the Power Systems Engineering Center at NLR. She is also the project manager for the U.S. Department of Energy’s UNIFI consortium.
Sluiter is highly organized, with a technical background that lends itself to both project participation and technical monitoring. She enjoys leading and mentoring teams, organizing and presenting data to a variety of stakeholders, and handling complex financial systems.
