Bhavesh Rathod joined NREL in 2022. Bhavesh completed his bachelors' in electrical engineering, where he concentrated on embedded systems programming and interned at a vertical flight take-off and landing focused nonprofit. Upon graduation, he worked in IT consulting for four years where he worked in various types of teams on a variety of projects in an Agile manner and learned the essential skill of project management. In 2020, Bhavesh started pursuing a master's in environment and sustainability with a focus on renewable energy modeling and analysis. During this time, he had the opportunity to present his Capstone project work at the Conference of Parties 26 in Glasgow, Scotland.
