Cabell Hodge manages vehicle and infrastructure analysis research at NLR. He joined NLR in 2016 as federal fleet project leader and supported the deployment of alternative fuel vehicles and infrastructure along with fleet cybersecurity and resilience. Hodge and his colleagues develop analytical frameworks to support fleet and facility managers—as well as other decision makers—on optimal vehicle technologies, charging station requirements and costs, backup power systems, and policies to transform the transportation system.
