Caleb Reese joined NLR in July 2024 to develop novel polymer membranes for energy applications. His research focuses on synthesizing and characterizing polymers for fuel cells, electrolysis, and desalination. By understanding the relationship between polymer structure and performance, Reese aims to address durability and efficiency challenges in these technologies. Additionally, his expertise in scalable polymer synthesis supports the transition of lab-scale discoveries to real-world applications.
