As a Group Manager, Chloe Constant leads a team focused on exploring the nexus of wind energy technologies and human interactions and impacts, including techno-economic analysis, workforce development, social science, and stakeholder engagement and outreach. Prior to joining NREL in 2019, she worked in industry across a number of different renewable energy technologies.
