Personal Profile

Dani Salyer joined NREL in 2010 and currently provides program and proposal coordination for NREL’s strategic analysis laboratory program manager, and project management for high-priority U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy projects, such as the decarbonization area of interest-1 multi-laboratory collaboration, the Storage Futures Study, and the Thermal Energy Systems project. She served as a principal investigator in Fiscal Year (FY) 2021, leading a multi-laboratory team evaluating DOE research priorities for energy equity and environmental justice, and as a project management co-lead for the FY 2018 Beyond LCOE multi-office DOE collaboration.
