Prior to joining NREL, Mulas Hernando conducted the techno-economic analysis of a new proposed 10-MW design for an ARPA-E $6 million grant-awarded project at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He has 5+ years of experience doing techno-economic analysis of wind energy projects and technologies.
