Daniella Rough is a project manager in the Integrated Decision Support group at NLR, leading energy initiatives across 20+ countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa, and Asia. She supports public and private stakeholders with power system planning, integration of advanced technologies, electrification of end-use applications, and diversified supply strategies to meet growing demand. She aims to enhance global energy access, resilience, and security via applied modeling and analysis, peer learning, and international best practices. Rough manages collaborations with governments, donors, and multilateral institutions to deliver actionable technical, regulatory, and economic solutions that support the modernization of global energy systems.
