Jamie Cutlip-Gorman is a senior regional planner and community engagement expert with the Clean Energy Transition group in the Accelerated Deployment and Decision Support Center. Prior to joining NREL, Jamie’s expertise spanned both regulated and municipal utilities, where she managed Colorado Public Utilities Commission regulatory reviews for Xcel Energy’s dockets related to distribution and transmission planning, demand side management, electric transportation, equity and disproportionately impacted communities. While in California, Cutlip-Gorman provided strategic engagement with Sacramento area governments to further greenhouse gas reduction, community resiliency, and building and transportation electrification goals within the region. She is a former Sacramento city planner and graduate of urban studies from San Francisco State University.
