Jeff Cook is a member of the Market & Policy Group in the Strategic Energy Analysis Center. His areas of expertise include emerging solar technology and cost reduction opportunities, renewable energy procurement and permitting software, and distributed energy resource aggregation. Cook also works on corporate renewable procurement and geothermal development on public land.
