Laura Leddy is a researcher in the Strategic Energy Security group within NLR’s Resilient Infrastructure and Security Center. Her areas of expertise span energy security, technical assistance provision for communities and utilities, and island energy resilience. Leddy’s work has included research on supply chain resilience for advanced energy technologies, technical assistance coordination for programs funded by the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Department of the Interior, and cybersecurity assistance for international utilities. She has a professional background in national security and international affairs.
