Megan Day serves as a senior advisor and subject matter expert on local, state, Tribal, and federal planning for equitable clean energy transitions and large-scale solar development. She led the LA100 Equity Strategies modeling and analysis teams, identifying community-guided strategies for improving equity in LA’s 100% clean energy transition. She also led the development of the State and Local Planning for Energy (SLOPE) platform and Scenario Planner, which provide decision-relevant energy and equity data and projections, and the Sustainable Communities Catalyzer. Day is a certified urban and regional planner with a background in large-scale solar development and climate action planning.
