Michael Young is a technical project manager in NLR’s Accelerated Deployment and Decision Support (ADDS) center. With a focus on the intersection of energy and greenhouse gas emissions, Young oversees key projects aimed at advancing renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions and reducing carbon footprints. With a strong background in sustainability and energy systems, Young brings a unique blend of skills to the table, ensuring the successful implementation of sustainable energy initiatives.
Young is recognized by the Association of Energy Engineers as a Certified Carbon Auditing Professional, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Muhlenberg College and a master’s degree in Energy Systems Engineering from Lehigh University.
