Personal Profile

Rachel Lyon is the Project Manager of the Transmission and Interactions Group in the Grid Planning and Analysis Center. She currently supports NREL’s geothermal research program, along with the Energysheds and USAID programs. Prior to NREL, Lyon had over 7 years of experience in program management and project planning, an M.B.A. specializing in strategic project management, and undergraduate experience in environmental sustainability and chemistry research.
