Ron Benioff is the laboratory program manager for international programs at NREL. He leads NREL's science and technology and analysis cooperation in support of the U.S. government and with research institutes, businesses, governments, international agencies, foundations, and other partners in over 80 countries.

Benioff joined NREL in 1997 and has led initiatives providing advanced energy analysis, technical cooperation, and training with other countries and U.S. state and local governments. Prior to joining NREL, Benioff worked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on energy, land-use, and waste-management issues.
