Sharon Smolinski is a researcher in the Strategic Energy Security group within NLR’s Resilient Infrastructure and Security Center. Smolinski’s multidisciplinary experience includes energy security research, resilience frameworks, security and resilience dimensions of critical material supply chains, policy analysis, and biofuels research. She completed her dissertation on knowledge building and informed decision-making around energy technology deployment.
