Sita Dugu is investigating pnictides thin films grown by physical vapor deposition. She earned her doctorate from the University of Puerto Rico, which focused on the oxide materials for memory application. She has extensively worked on synthesizing and characterizing thin films as well as bulk materials applicable for spintronics, multiferroics, and resistive switching memories.
