Overview

Personal Profile

Stephen Glynn is a researcher in the Thin-Film Science and Processing group at NREL. His primary work focus is on thin-film Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) for use in photovoltaic cells. CIGS research interests include post depositions alkali treatments, band gap grading, thin-film lift off techniques, and sputtered zinc oxysulfide Zn(O,S) emitters. Stephen began work at NREL on thin-film cadmium telluride (CdTe) solar cells under a cooperative research and development agreement with PrimeStar solar in 2007. Stephen joined NREL in 2008 to work on CIGS.
