Ty Hedalen is a researcher with the Project Development and Finance group in NREL's Accelerated Deployment and Decision Support Center, where he focuses on rural, tribal, and community finance research and analysis, as well as furthering international partnerships and business development. He has professional experience across many disciplines, including corporate financial due diligence; agricultural, commercial, consumer, and real estate lending; portfolio development and management; community health care center finance and operations; and rural and tribal economic development.
