Alcohol Fuels Program Technical Review: Spring 1984

    Research output: NRELManagement

    Abstract

The alcohol fuels program consists of in-house and subcontracted research for the conversion of lignocellulosic biomass into fuel alcohols via thermoconversion and bioconversion technologies. The production of alcohols from lignocellulosic biomass has moved from a long range technology a few years ago to one with a real mid-term potential for commercial development.
