Abstract

Chronocoulometry was applied to the determination of adsorbed triiodide on the Van der Waals surfaces of single crystal n-MoSe2 electrodes. The adsorption isotherm was measured and correlated to the shifts in flat band potential of the semiconducting electrode. A possible surface packing structure of the adsorbed species is proposed.
