Abstract
This issue provides several tips for both industry and state partners on preparing a successful proposal for the National Competitiveness through Energy, Environment, and Economics (NICE3) project, an update on 'Industries of the Future,' and a story on recent, highly successful trips to Ghana and South Africa promoting private-sector agreements, government-to-government initiatives, and generalawareness of energy efficiency and its benefits.
