    Abstract

    By integrating wastewater treatment with energy conservation, the waste water treatment plants described in this report have met the; challenges of new environmental regulations. These facilities have achieved benefits in cost savings whle enhancing their ability to comply with regulations. Their activities illustrate highly effective pollution prevention strategies.
