Abstract
NREL's NWTC offers three types of testing services: power performance, noise emissions, and blade structural that lead to wind turbine certification, which is becoming increasingly important for companies in the international marketplace. Also described in this brief are additional testing capabilities currently being developed at NWTC and some of the center's advanced certification testingequipment.
