Abstract
An analysis was performed to estimate the costs associated with storing and transporting hydrogen. These costs can be added to a hydrogen production cost to determine the total delivered cost of hydrogen. Storage methods analyzed included compressed gas, liquid hydrogen, metal hydride, and underground storage. Major capital and operating costs were considered over a range of production rates andstorage times.
