Czochralski-Silicon Solar Cell Arrays: Present Cost and Future Prospects

Robert Moore

    Research output: NRELTechnical Report

    Abstract

The present technology for "terrestrial" Czochralski-Si solar cells is an adaptation of the processing developed and standardized for space/satellite power supply applications. This technology is in turn dominated by the processing techniques created by the general semiconductor industry.
