Join this introductory session to learn how performance contracts are used to implement facility improvements. Developed for DOC and bureau staff with roles in energy and facility management, this session will cover what performance contracts are and their use cases, the different types of performance contracts available to federal agencies, the different phases of a performance contract, an overview of the financial structure of a performance contract, and additional resources to use when pursuing performance contracts.
