    Abstract

    Geothermal resources are extremely well suited to industrial production of dried onions and other dehydrated vegetable products. This document provides details of Integrated Ingredients' onion and garlic processing plant operation near Empire, Nevada, as well as a description of geothermally enhanced processing of leachate solution for gold-mining operations.
