Distributed and Electric Power System Aggregation Model and Field Configuration Equivalency Validation Testing: Supplemental Report on Penetration Software Algorithms

NREL, Thomas Basso (NREL Technical Monitor)

Research output: NRELSubcontract Report

Abstract

This report supplements the July 2003 report 'Distributed and Electric Power System Aggregation Model and Field Configuration Equivalency Validation Testing' (NREL/SR-560-33909). The original report presented methods for calculating penetration limits for distributed energy resources interconnected with distribution circuits of utility-owned electric power systems. This report describes thealgorithms required to develop application software to calculate penetration limits. The original report can be found at http://www.nrel.gov/docs/fy03osti/33909.pdf.
