Abstract

A study was performed on the distribution of built-in electrical potential in GaInP2/GaAs tandem-junction solar cells. The distribution of electrical potential was investigated by scanning Kelvin probe microscopy. It was found that with an external bias voltage, the potential distribution between the two states became less sensitive to illumination spectra.
