Abstract
The DOE Solar Energy Technologies Program FY 2008 Annual Report chronicles the R&D results of the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Energy Technologies Program from October 2007 to September 2008. In particular, the report describes R&D performed by the Program's national laboratories (National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Sandia National Laboratories, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and BrookhavenNational Laboratory) and university and industry partners.
