Abstract

This report analyzes the environmental requirements for several process configurations of a biomass-to-ethanol facility. It also evaluates the impact of two feedstocks (municipal solid waste and agricultural residues) and three facility sizes (1000, 2000, and 3000 dry tons per day) on the environmental requirements.
