Abstract
In 1992, the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) initiated the Utility Wind Turbine Performance Verification Program (TVP). This document provides an overview of the TVP, its purpose and goals, and the participating utility projects.
