    Abstract

    By upgrading federal buildings with energy-efficient lighting, federal electricity use could be cut by 25%?30%, saving approximately $300 million annually and reducing environmental pollution. This fact sheet describes the upgrading of the James Forrestal Building, DOE's headquarters in Washington, D.C.
