Abstract
This brief summarizes a new NREL manual that will aid analysts in assessing various economic measures for the evaluation of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies. Formulas for calculating the 13 economic measures outlined in the manual are also available on a computer disk that accompanies the publication.
