Abstract
The second version (first was October 1996) of a multi-year technical plan for ethanol. Based on assumption of level funding, the plan sets forth plans, resource needs, critical path analysis, and Gantt charts for reaching goals of commercial demonstration scale production of ethanol from waste and then dedicated energy crop feedstocks.
