Abstract

The development of job/task analyses (JTAs) is one of three components of the Guidelines for Home Energy Professionals project and will allow industry to develop training resources, quality assurance protocols, accredited training programs, and professional certifications. The Multifamily Quality Control Inspector JTA identifies and catalogs all of the tasks performed by multifamily qualitycontrol inspectors, as well as the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) needed to perform the identified tasks.
