Abstract
The goal of NREL's municipal solid waste (MSW) program is to provide waste managers with the science, technology, and information necessary to design and operate cost-effective, publicly acceptable MSW management systems. This brochure lists a dozen examples of completed research projects, and several examples of ongoing research on projects ranging from a study of integrated MSW managementsystems to testing of a high-solids anaerobic digester.
