Abstract
To continue this success and enable NREL to execute its mission with distinction, the Lab continued to focus on providing support products and services in an effective and efficient manner -- maximizing R&D output per dollar invested at NREL. This report profiles NREL as one of DOE's national laboratories, emphasizing the management, delivery, and continuous improvement of business andoperational support products and services.
