Abstract

This report presents the result of a year-long study to develop a 25-year General Development Vision for the South Table Mountain and National Wind Technology Center campuses of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden, Colorado. It serves as a unified vision pertaining to the way that NREL intends to develop its physical facilities as well as interact with the surroundingcommunity to achieve current and future R&D missions. It assumes NREL's staff will continue to grow an average of about 3% per year over the next 25 years.
