The overall goal of DOE's NICE3 program is to improve industry energy efficiency, reduce industry's costs, and promote clean production. This brochure provides details of the program, including eligibility and evaluation criteria, the timeline for 1998 projects, and examples of companies that have completed successful NICE3 projects.
