    Abstract

    Located within DOE's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, OIT is the principal organization in DOE responsible for the development and transfer of advanced technologies to basic industries in the United States. As detailed in this comprehensive report, these new technologies can contribute to thousands of new jobs, higher wages, increased exports, and improved profits and energyefficiency.
