Abstract

Lead-zirconium-titanium films and powders have been prepared by electrodeposition techniques that deposit all of the precursor components simultaneously while providing atomic scale mixing, reducing reaction time to the order of minutes to obtain desired phase development. Materials were characterized by x-ray analysis, electron probe microanalysis, and Auger analysis.
