Abstract
The International Symposium on Non-Technical Obstacles to the Use of Solar Energy addressed itself to this topic by pursuing the following aims: to identify those non-technical obstacles which can impede the wider use and exploitation of solar energy in industrialized countries; to identify and evaluate measures which are being or could be used to minimize or overcome the impacts of the identified obstacles; and to make recommendations.
