Abstract

The Solar Energy Research Institute (SERI) is deeply committed to the thermal conversion of biomass to fuels and petrochemicals. One of the most promising techniques involves the very rapid pyrolysis of biomass and this specialists' workshop was organized to explore in depth the phenomena of fast pyrolysis.
