Abstract
SERI's director of public information provided an overview of the current staff and organization. A senior scientist from the solar thermal research group explained what research is in progress at SERI and described the technical information generated by that effort. A representative of SERI's Information Systems Division told the group about present computer capabilities and currentdissemination activities. The senior communication specialist responsible for target audience analysis described the characteristics of each of four audiences.
