Abstract

The Basic and Applied Research (B and AR) Program is designed to conduct advanced research not addressed by the existing US Department of Energy's (DOE) national solar technology programs. The B and AR Program comprises four independent tasks: photoconversion, materials research, energy resource assessment, and new concepts.
